I would like to know the names the legislatures that sponsers each of these different bills.
No one in the media seems to be pointing this out. And someone needs to break it down. Coburn says a tornado relief bill is unnecessary, because there is still money in the FEMA budget. So he is basically saying when Oklahoma gets hit by a tornado during tornado season which starts in March (very earlier in the year)they can get money out of the fund, but if you live somewhere like Georgia and get hit during Hurricane season which ends in November (late in the year after many other states got payouts) and the fund ran dry because of earlier payouts then you are screwed and he will vote against it like he did with Sandy Relief.
