A word of advice: An organization’s charter and bylaws should not be so stringent and strict that they actually keep the group from doing anything. The DNC Charter and Bylaws don’t contain as many strict provisions as the DPG Charter and Bylaws. If you guys want to really reform the Democratic Party of Georgia, I’d start by re-writing the bylaws so that they don’t tie your hands. Switch to the DNC model, where everything is done in committee, and anything can be changed by majority vote.
